One prayer; you are going to say my Father, the blessing of this season, don’t let the blessing elude me; all the blessing package in this season, let me receive mine in the name of Jesus. All the blessings that are packaged for this season, I want to receive mine.
My father my King, all the blessings that You are packaged in this season, let me receive mine. Oh glorious Father we worship You, we adore Your name Lord, blessed be Your holy name; it shall be so in the name of Jesus.

King of kings, Lord of lords; the One who liveth forever, we salute Your Excellency; You are the One that is called Eternal Excellence because You have eternal Excellency, we bless and praise You Lord. The Sovereign God, the One who never celebrate any coronation for nobody appointed You; no one is as great as You are; Our Savior we thank You; Great Shepherd we thank You; Our Friend we thank You; our destiny Maker, our destiny Helper we thank You; the Prince of Peace we thank You; the One who understands us perfectly we thank You; the lover of our soul we thank You; accept our thanks in the name of Jesus.
Our private Doctor, the great Physician, we bow our head before You Lord and we
say great is Your name, receive our thanks in the name of Jesus. Father, we are celebrating the fact that You are alive and that’s why we can have all the benefits, thank You eternal Father; everyone present here today in Your presence, give them the present that will show and that will distinguish them that they are in Your presence in the name of Jesus.
Everyone without exception – male, female, young, old, let their lives be satisfied with the good things of life. All your unending battle; minor or major, family related, financial related, professionally related, academically related, ministry related, God will sort you out.
Everyone that is called single now, Lord before we celebrate the next Easter, they will have been pregnant with their baby in the name of Jesus. Those men who are bachelor, oh God, they will have become responsible husband in the name of Jesus.
Every marriage present here today, let there be rejuvenation; let there be transformation. Every ministry here today, let them contact fresh anointing. Wherever You find a bigger and a better amen answer all their prayers.
We declare for the set man here, the set man in this house, man of God, the provincial pastor who has been a great visioneer, the almighty God will continue to move you forward in the name of Jesus. The anointing and the purified idea generated by the Holy Spirit in you will never die; God will take care of your family, take care of your children, take care of your grandchildren; all your supporters will receive helpers of destiny; those who are willing for you to fail we back it to sender. Wherever you find a bigger and a better amen give them double blessing.
All the ministers of God in the house, you are blessed of the Lord that created heaven; your families are blessed; the choir is blessed; ushers are blessed; engineering department you are blessed; every member in the house you are blessed; those who attend this one and second service, you are blessed.
And Father, I confess I know nothing but I am a fool, but you desire to use a fool, please fill words that You want to release by the Holy Spirit through my mouth, let it bring blessing to the house. Over to You Lord Jehovah; let there be healing; let there be salvation; let there be deliverance; and Father, every problem that is bold enough to appear in this house, we pray that those particular problems will be treated with shame in the name of Jesus. Thank You gracious Father, in Jesus mighty name we pray.
And let the church shout a big amen! Kindly talk to your neighbor and tell your neighbor I know Jesus is alive, and all your blessings will be alive to follow your life and family, God bless you.
I need to thank our father in the Lord and our mommy in the Lord, thank you very much for the privilege, the King of glory will continually bless you in Jesus name. Somebody may be AGO and continental overseer but they also have manager; he is one of the people who manage me and say ah you are going through much, thank you sir for your care and your love, God will continue to love you and He will continue to take care of you in Jesus name. I’m sure I’m still loyal to obey all the instructions, the Lord will bless you.
For all my leaders in the house; my biological father told me when you are greeting your leader, remove your cap and bow; I remove my cap and bow, the Lord will bless you in Jesus name.
I bring greetings from our father in the Lord who happened to send us out at this season, and he said the blessing of this season will not elude you. John 14:19, “Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall also live”. The Lord bless the reading and hearing of His word in the name of Jesus.
The hope of this season is the fact that Jesus is alive, and because He’s alive, then you have the blessings that He carries. Jesus said, because I am alive, you can carry all the blessing that My resurrection give birth to. I’m going to mention just five of the benefits of Him being alive, that you are not following fables, you are not just following imaginary and something that doesn’t have a future, you are following the real, the real thing. Sons and daughter of the real Father, and He said men in the real world may not see me but you will know because I’m alive.
What are the benefits? Because He is alive is the title for this season, what are the benefits of Him being alive? Because He’s alive, number one, you have His presence surrounding you.
In the Journey of life, you need someone to help you at certain juncture, but there is the One who promised, not just helping you once, His help is perpetual, His help is continuous, His help is infinito, His help is forever.
In the Book of Matthew 28: 20 b, He said lo, I am with you. How did He put it? Till the end of the world. So in your struggle, you are not alone; when people hate you, you are not alone; when they love you, you are not alone; when they criticize you, you are not alone; when they are willing to help you, you are not alone; when they are not willing to help you, you are not alone; He’s always there.
Can you imagine living in a world and in a Nigeria of today without the presence of the Living God? Moses said to God, You promised to take us to the land, but look, if You will not go with us, we will not go. He said no, surely, My presence will go with you. No wonder that they had water in the wilderness; their shoes didn’t go kumba and they didn’t change shoes, the shoes were going with their legs; the cloth was changing color. When God is with you, you can navigate through thick and thin; when God is with you, no weapon fashioned against you can prosper; when He’s with you, whether in darkness or in light you are sure of knowing the way. Weeping may endure man deal for the nights, but joy cometh in the morning.
He says surely I will be with you, that’s one of the blessings that you have of Him being alive. He said in Jeremiah 31: 3, that I have loved you with an everlasting love. Many men may not love you, some people may not like the way you look; I said to people I like my big teeth, wide mouth, oblong face, because I just cherish the way He made me, God loves you the way you are, He said you are loved with an everlasting love.
In John 3: 16, you know that popular passage; “For God so loved the world”; again, in Romans 5: 8, He commendeth his love towards us while we were yet sinners; He died for us. In 1st John 3: 1-3, it says ‘Behold, what manner of love’; I am with you, that should give you an assurance, that should give you the peace; He said lo, (I like that) Lo, I am with you always.
Number two; because He’s alive, we have peace to secure us. Peace. In the book of Isaiah 9: 6, one of the names that Jesus was called is the Prince of Peace. In John 20: 21, the very first thing, the Bible says “Jesus said unto them again, Peace unto you”. So you can travel and sleep; you can stay in your house with your door close or open and sleep and snore because no calamity is coming to your house, no.
You are far away from accidents; there are so many people, they hire pilots to carry them but they became second driver; while the driver is going, they would scream and say press the brake; relax; tell your neighbor relax. They are not the one driving, hey John, John, look at that car; leave him, let him do his work, you have peace.
In the book of Philippians 4: 7, it says the peace that transcends, that passeth all understanding will keep your mind. You have peace with Him, so relax, I mean relax. There are peace that is documented in the pages of manual that runs your life, that no evil or calamity will come near you; in which Psalms is that He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high? Psalms 91:1, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
(Verse 2) I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God; in Him will I trust”.
Psalms 127: 1 says except He watches, the watchmen are in vain, so you have peace because He’s alive. Don’t struggle over your children, you don’t have them, God own them. Psalms 127: 3 says children are heritage of the Lord; that was what we did for our own soldier; at tender age I called them, I’m not your father, this woman is not your mother; they said okay, who is our father, who is our mother? I said God is the wife of Himself, our fatherhood and motherhood is in God, anything you want, ask your Father; even your own Father is my own Father, God has no grandson or granddaughter, take them and carry them to who owns them.
They said all these your children, I said if they are not my children why would they not do well in the hand of the One who owns them. When they were young, they would fast, whether genuine fasting or not when they have taken tea, they will say oh God, God bless Pastor Funsho and Mrs. Odesola, (because in the house they don’t call me daddy, but they call me daddy outside; in the house they call me Pastor Odesola) even now when they called my wife, they would say where is your husband? Where is Pastor Odesola?)
Because I have shown them the way; my child, my house, even those of you grow beards, you develop it here, everything, this is the way you came. Peace of God, you have peace with Him.
Number three; now because He lives, you have power to strengthen you, you are not powerless. In John 1: 12, it says as many as believe in Him, He gave them power to become.
There is a power that makes you superior; everyone that is born again, you are not ordinary; everyone that is born again, there is a strength that you possess that other people don’t have; everyone that is born again, there’s something uniquely different in you. In Luke 10: 19, it says behold, I give unto you power, and that power is to tread on serpent.
Who said you don’t have anything? Who said you don’t have money? You have everything. My biological father used to say who is the son of an elephant killer when man killer is available and power passes power; you have His power to strengthen you, don’t tell anybody ha, you don’t know I’m powerless, I’m just a female; there is no female Holy Ghost, we receive the same Holy Ghost and what a man can do, woman can do it better. So you have it in you.
Somebody told me when I was still a small engineer before the full time thing, he said I will deal with you, I said you have dug your own grave; if what you say comes to pass, I will throw away my Bible. What you said you would do to me, I throw it back to you; he that diggeth a pit will fall into it. Can somebody say back to sender; failure; disappointment; stagnancy; demotion; hatred; family crisis; whenever they say anything, you’ll say back to sender. You know why? Ecclesiastes 8: 4. Says where you have the word of a king; Revelation 5: 10, you are appointed king; Revelation 1: 5 &8, King; 1st Peter 2: 9, you are royal; where the anointing of royalty doesn’t work, that of peace will work.
Who says you don’t have anything? Don’t let anybody treat you the way you look; you may look unassuming, but peel electricity, peel electric wire and say is nothing and touch it, you are dangerously inclined to those who want to mishandle your destiny. You may look ordinary but you are not, you have the power to strengthen you.
In Acts of Apostles 1:8, it says and ye shall receive power; you have what it takes, that’s why He said to the disciple in the Book of Matthew 18: 18, look at it, each time Jesus said verily, He’s saying to the fellow, this is unfailingly. Whatsoever, what is the meaning of whatsoever? Everybody has their idiosyncrasies, my temperament is different from his; you are free to judge whether I’m sanguine, choleric, phlegmatic or melancholic, just judge.
In Ephesians 1, when you read through 18&19, I like that place; “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints”. And look at what it says, “And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward”.
Even why you don’t know the Bible, you aligned with it, it works. Have you not heard the testimony of m2ama Redeemed of Ota; the masquerade came to the market, they wanted to carry her rice, her beans; she said no, don’t carry my rice, don’t carry my beans because I pay my tithes. That’s why I tell people who are still fighting against tithe, this had invented before my great grandfather and by extension, with apology and due respect, before your great grandfather, to argue with this is baseless.
God is a law giver, He operates by principles; so mama said don’t take my rice… the people ha, they wanted to take the rice, she said please, she took… they say ah, you wrestle with masquerader, you will not reach seven days. They said it in vernacular; they told the woman, o o ni k’ije. The woman carried the Bible and said, one two three, e e ni k’eta.
The masquerade told the woman, you will not reach seven days; the woman carried the Bible, me, I don’t know how to read the Bible but this is the word of God, one two three you will not complete three days in Jesus name. The people said to her, you, common ordinary lady.
They used to say my place, ‘needle may be small, but a chicken must not swallow a needle’; even human being must not swallow a needle. Hey, it’s so small, ah; they used to say the tree you belittle is the one who normally goes to blinds its fellow. Please don’t let anybody take you for granted.
The first night, the head of the masquerader – it’s a testimony that is on the Redemption testimony; the second night, the second died; the third night; when the second died, the third one carried the wife and children and they went to the king of Ota and said please, there is a Redeemed woman, we were just playing with her in the market o.
Don’t allow the final words of the enemy over your life; anything anybody says to you, I’ve taught you what to say. If they say you cannot be promoted, (back to sender); so whether you mutter it (back to sender), what did you say? I’m only talking.
The king called the woman, do you know him? No; he said but you saw some masquerades that came to the market, she said yes, I saw them, they are thieves, they wanted to carry my beans and I took my goods. Then they said this is the third one; she said they cursed me and I cursed them in the name of Jesus, she said it is curses versus curses and the one that is powerful will work.
You have authority in your mouth; check for me Job 6: 25, “How forcible are the right words!” Forcible are the right words, that’s why you must learn to change your vocabulary, change your word; ehn, I don’t have, stupid talk; me, I am too old, you are not old until you declare it; me, I am not beautiful enough, you are beautiful until you declare it. Learn to use that word.
In number four, let me quickly get away from that, today is Easter period, is not a sumptuous sermon. I listened to your pastor, your pastor is a teacher, some of us are exalter, we just exalt people so that at least… Now, I listen to him, in-depth teaching, Christian upon Christian, they do titration like they are doing accounting.
Because He’s alive, number four, we have His purpose to stir us; what did I mean by that? John 20: 21b, it says, as my father hath sent me, so send I you. You are not a problem, you are a solution; you are not a question, you are an answer; you are not a consumer, you are a co-creator. God is not the only Creator, He is a first Creator, you are also a creator.
In the Book of Genesis 1: 26, let us make man in our image and let them off the same authority; and in verse 28, Genesis 1: 28, Genesis 1 28, when He finished all the things He blessed us. That is why He said in Matthew 16: 19, and now look at it, see, this was before the Holy Spirit came; and I will give thee (can you shout the next word out) the keys.
Excuse me sir, sorry sir, we know Baba said that we at the Holy Ghost service, we are all children; when we come to church now, we are all children. He said, and I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; now, the key of the storehouse of heaven is in your hand; you are a solution generator, a solution distributor, I don’t know whether language permits that, but don’t criticize my English but I just want to say it that way. You are to create solution and distribute solution because He said I will give you the keys and you already have the keys.
Excuse me, my English is finished; where is pastor Obi, what is the meaning of whatsoever? Whatsoever you bind on the earth, heaven will respond. If you refuse to bind anything, if you don’t lose your money, heaven will not release it. Nobody is in charge of your promotion, you are the one. The night Mordecai was to be promoted, the king could not sleep; check for me in the Book of Esther 6:1, “On that night could not the king sleep”.
Every one you have helped in the past and they have closed the chapter of help, they will not sleep again, they will not rest again until they perform in the name of Jesus. Everyone that has your file on their table for promotion or appointment, from now, they will not be able to sleep until they perform in the name of Jesus. You need to bind; if you need names, put the names there and say Dr So and So, please don’t let him sleep again until I get this promotion. Nobody is in charge of your promotion, you are likely in charge and when you are in charge you must charge.
You have His purpose to stir you up, going about to distribute solution; I pray that the joy and the blessing of this season will take over the whole of your life in the name of Jesus.
Number five; because He’s alive, we have His promises to satisfy us. I started with John 14: 19, we have His promises to satisfy us; because I live, ye shall live also. His promises and that statement, a lot of things packaged in it; blessings – spiritual, physical, financial, academical, professional, all the blessings are packaged there.
You have His promises, that’s why I fault people who don’t open the Bible; Isaiah 40:8 says the grass withers, the flower fades, the word of our God shall stand forever. Because every document in His word is forever settled, Psalms 119:89; Psalms 89: 34, His word can never go unfulfilled. Isaiah 55: 11& 12, so that word…
Who said there is no incantation in the Bible? He that diggeth a pit will fall into it; no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper and every man that come against in judgment you will condemn. He that rolleth a stone… and you are saying it’s not there. David said wage war against who wages war with me; the counsel of Ahithophel is like the counsel of God; the man committed suicide, it is not willingly, the incantation of prayer committed him to go and do what is not.
Please, always carry these promises; carry that aroma; carry that good will. They may join secret society but we are in the greatest society; we drink blood every month, we eat flesh every month, and what do they do in the secret society? Don’t you take Holy Communion? We eat flesh and blood, and the blood of Jesus is superior, it’s a sinless blood, so when somebody tend to you, you’ll say ha… they used to say in my place, ti irin ba kan irin, ikan a duro, (if an iron is joined with an iron, one will be stronger than the other).
You have His promises, I go with this aroma, I may look very stupid but if you take me for granted as stupid as I look, then you are gone forever, because it is something I know in the word of God; somebody said I will kill you I said you won’t get home, that was years ago, I’ll be very diplomatic because I’m more mature, I’m talking about over 20 years ago. He came to me and said are you the one shouting here and you are shouting & shouting, I said yes; he said I want to tell you, you have dug your own pit; he was already going when I said Funsho, are you stupid? Won’t you say something? So I said baba please come, I said sorry sir, if you get home, I said I will throw away my Bible. He said thirteen of you cannot stop me from getting home; I said sir, you don’t need thirteen of me, you only need me this morning, because Matthew 12: 37 says by your word you will be justified and by your word you will be condemned.
He was going in his own Mercedes-Benz, that big Mercedes, he wanted to buy yalo, instead of driving to turn, he parked and wanted to cross the road, and vehicle knocked him down. They said he was in a pool of blood, and said don’t take me to the hospital, there is one wizard boy in Redeemed church, he cursed me; they brought him, they said you, I said I don’t know him; they said but he told them I was the one who came here, I said so you are the one, you didn’t die.
Listen, everyone that will get the benefit of being alive, you must be a friend of Jesus. Because in John 15: 5, it says without Me, you can do nothing; Funsho Odesola, without God is less than zero. God without Funsho Odesola is still the almighty God; you must get connected to Him, and those of you are connected to Him, you must allow the Holy Spirit to operate in your life and you must use the promises of the word of God to create, recreate, and to defend yourself.
Rise up with me let’s pray; if you are not born again, I will pray with you; if you are born again, I want you to use the power of the word and say God, I need you to do – I don’t know what you need but make a demand on this occasion, this occasion is different, this is Easter time 2023, by the time we are doing another one, it’s not going to be 2023 and you need something to perfect your life.
Tell the Lord, I need all the benefits of this particular season, give me my own, give me my own benefits; my God, give me my own, give me my own; you have just one and a half minutes to pray; give me my own Lord, my Father, give me my own Lord. Oh God of heaven give me my own, give me my own; all the benefits that belongs to the order of His being alive, deliver my own to me Lord; oh deliver my own to me my Father; deliver my own to me Lord.
Whatever may be the issue in this house, Your own, let them receive their own dividend in Jesus mighty name we pray.

Bow your head; if you are here, you know your life is not connected to Christ, I want to pray with you wherever you are, raise your hand; or you know, because the greatest tragedy that could happen to anybody is to live in self deceit.
We had a dog in our house many years ago, they called his name Talontan (who are you deceiving?); so you want to say pray with me, I know my life is not connected to Christ, I want to pray with you before I do the general prayer, anyone like that? Lord the benefits of being Your sons and daughters, let them receive their own in the name of Jesus.

Now those who are raising up their hands, put your left hand on your chest, the rest of us put your right hand on your chest, I’m about to pray; Father, I asked you what do I say this morning? You told me just read that text and I will give you word; everyone under the sound of my voice, the benefits, the advantages, the dividends of You being alive; young, old, male, female, high, low, let them receive theirs in the name of Jesus. Your unending battle ends now in the name of Jesus. Your word will become loaded authority in the name of Jesus. Incurable sickness is killed now in the name of Jesus. Terminal disease is terminated in the name of Jesus. Your home is peaceful now in the name of Jesus, and it shall be well with the pastorate; it shall be well with everyone that is saying amen. We will make it here on earth and make it to heaven, so shall it be in the name of Jesus. Thank you for hearing us, in Jesus mighty name we pray.
