Halleluiah! He’s wonderful! He’s Omnipotent! He’s Omniscience! He’s All-knowing! He’s All-powerful and He can do all things! Why not let’s praise this God; let us praise Him the King of kings; let us praise Him the Lord of lords; let us praise Him the great I Am. Almighty God; All-knowing God; All-powerful God; All Sufficient God; the One who can do all things; blessed be Your name forevermore, hallelujah!
Father we thank You; Father we bless Your holy name; Father we thank You Lord; even though we fall Your hand, You no dey make us play, thank You Lord!!! Thank You Lord because You have done it; thank You Lord because You have visited us; thank You because You have healed us; thank You because You are promoting us; thank You because You are doing all those things that we have come before You with our desires; Father Lord Your name alone be glorified.
And for the things that You have done and You are doing and You are yet doing in our lives, Father we will sing a new song in the name of Jesus. Lord God of heaven, Your presence is heavy in our midst, Father we thank You; Lord we pray that none of us will leave here without a touch from You in the name of Jesus; none of us will leave here with our heavy hearts in the name of Jesus; none of us here will leave with our burdens in the name of Jesus. Father Lord God of heaven, answer us in the name of Jesus; glorify Your name in us and through us now and forevermore in Jesus name.
Praise the Lord! Praise the living Jesus! I welcome you all in the name of God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, and I pray that the Lord that we have come to meet with this morning, we will encounter Him in Jesus name. I appreciate God for the gift of life and the salvation of my soul and for all of us, the reason we are here is because God makes it possible for us to be here.
I also want to thank the pastor in charge of province, our father in the Lord who is away in another of our parishes on an official assignment, he sends his greetings and prays that the Lord will visit us indeed today in Jesus name. We pray that God will fill him with his presence also in Jesus name.
Brethren, before we go into the Word this morning, I would like to remind us; tomorrow we have a very special prayer chain in theme of which is Divine Upliftment and our text is taken from Esther 8:1&2; praise the Lord! We would read from the book of Psalm 40; Psalm 40 has 17 verses and we need all of the 17 for the message today but we’ll read just 3 and go through the others because of the message. I want to ask that when you get home, take time, study that Psalm, appropriate the things that you will learn this morning and run with it and God will give us a new song in Jesus name.
Topic for this morning is a New Song. Somebody here will sing a new song and by the way, you know the first song the choir took says that He has done it and you know when God has done it, what do you do? You sing a new song. So thank you choir for laying the background for my message, God bless you.
So when we say something is new, we all know when we say something is new; never been seen before, never been used before, new production and it’s the first time of its kind or first time that anyone would use it; praise the living Jesus! A new car for example; first time it would be driven by an owner, chassis, tear rubber, new, praise God! Praise the living Jesus!
But sometimes, when we say something is new, it’s not necessarily because it’s a first time it would come into existence, but maybe that’s the first time it would make meaning to you, praise the living Jesus! So when we are talking about a new song, we are saying for some people this morning, you will compose your song this morning by reason of the things God will do for you or there are songs that have been in existence that they will begin to make sense to you that God is Omnipotent, that God is faithful, that God can do all things, hallelujah! Amen!
The choir just left, they’ve been singing songs; you know songs are different poems or words put together in a musical form and presented in such a way that it rhymes and makes meaning, creates emotions within us as humans. Praise God!
Songs can be taken with instruments and it can be without instruments, whichever way, we as human beings, we are driven by songs consciously or unconsciously. You know there are some people who, (let me say) ‘the situations or the challenges’ are made to be too heavy when they came in here but as soon as the choir started, he didn’t know when he got up; that’s some of the roles song play in our lives.
Therefore we know that when we see somebody singing a certain song, if you listen closely, it may be telling us about the things happening in the life of that person. For example, if somebody has just won a battle or just passed an exam or be victorious in one way or the other, it’s not out of place that you would hear the person singing songs like ‘Conquerors and overcomers, now and win’; you know if you look closely and ask questions, the person will just tell you ‘God has just done it’. That will be somebody’s song this morning in Jesus name.
And when someone is in the midst of a battle and it appears this battle is going to take the person over and all that and all you want is for God to take over, you can hear the person sing a song like ‘let God arise and His enemies be scattered’; so when you hear people signing songs like ‘let God arise’, chances are that there is battle ongoing.
It’s also not out of place that when God has just done a substitution where an enemy dug a hole for you and then the enemy ended up in that hole like Haman versus Mordecai; the gallows that he put up for Mordecai, he was the one that used it; you can sing a song like ‘what the enemy meant for you, God has turned it around, He has turned it around’.
So songs have a way of expressing what we are going through in life; so this morning, in line with our topic ‘a new song’, by reason of the things God will do in your lives, you will compose your songs; you will sing anew song; not only today, forever in the mighty name of Jesus.
So let’s place scriptural background for new song; people in the Bible overtime went through circumstances and by the time they were coming out of it, they sang new songs. Let’s take a few examples; in Psalm 40: 1 -3 (that our text), but let’s look at 2, “David said God brought him out of an horrible pit, out of a miry clay, and set his feet upon the rocks and established my ways”; what David was saying is, I was in the valley, God brought me out of the valley and out me on mountaintop and then in verse 3, then he went on to say, “and He put a new song in my mouth”.
So when people are promoted, there is a chance that you will sing anew song. There is somebody here this morning that God will bring from the valley and take you to the mountaintop and you will sing your new song in the name of Jesus.
One of the circumstances or situations that prompted David to sing that song we find in 1st Samuel 16; in 1st Samuel 16, David woke up that morning as usual, very usual routine of a thing; get up in the morning, go to the farm, go and take care of the sheep and he was there, but in the cause of that day, (verse 13), God ascends the prophet, Samuel, to the house, they were waiting for David; he came, they said somebody is looking for you, before he could say who are you, why am I here? He said kneel down there, you are our anointed king. He was anointed king; as he was going to bed that day, even though he woke up as a shepherd boy, he slept as an anointed king.
There’s somebody here who woke up an underdog; there’s somebody here who woke up as a nobody; there’s somebody here who woke up in the valley; before you go to bed today in the name of Jesus, you will be on the mountaintop in the mighty name of Jesus, and you will sing a new song like David, ‘we are going higher, yes we are’, that shall be your song in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also find people sing new songs when they are delivered from bondage and captivity. Bondage is a state of being a slave; a state of being a subject to somebody as though you have been bought, like a property of that person. Captivity (the relative) is a state of being kept, imprisoned, confined or enclosed; it’s as if somebody has paid the price of someone.
For example, (I used an example in the morning) as people are seated here, as soon as your phone rings and you see a certain name, all you have to do is just pack your Bible and go; if we say where are you going? You’d say ha, I’m going to work. Even on Sundays, on Saturdays, morning till evening, no public holiday, no rest, no family planning, no work-life balance, it’s as though you have been bought. But there is a name that is above every other name, God will turn around that situation of bondage in the mighty name of Jesus and set you free in the name of Jesus.
In the first service, we looked at Exodus 10; the children of Israel went to Pharaoh and said we want to go and serve our God, even if we have worked Monday to Friday, Saturday too we worked, Sunday, let us go and serve God; he said no, you cannot go, but God forcefully broke the back of Pharaoh and the host of Egypt and eventually Israel left.
The same God that came and set free the children of Israel is the One that says in Isaiah 49:25, He says even if one is a long captive, there will be deliverance; even if one is a prey of the terrible, the Lord can set you free. As many here who are long captives, as many here who have been prey of the terrible, the Lord almighty will set you free in the mighty name of Jesus. and when He sets you free, you will sing your song, like the children of Israel, Exodus 15:1-11; immediately after they crossed Red Sea into the wilderness, the first thing they did was they sang new songs.
Exodus 15:1, I will sing unto the Lord for He has triumph gloriously; the horse and his rider hath He thrown into the sea. Anyone who was listening to them in the wilderness would say who are these set of people? But they were only celebrating victory. You will celebrate your victory in the name of Jesus.
We also find in the Bible that when cancels your insults and crops out your shame and wipes away your sorrowful tears, you will be bound to sing a new song. We all know insults are disrespectful statements that tend to put people down and depending on your nerves, I mean once some people are insulted, they feel ashamed and they lose self-confidence and if that goes on and on, before you know it, they become sorrowful and afraid and timid and will no longer be who they are meant to be.
But the Lord God almighty hears, the Lord knows, the Lord sees and He’s here to take away those insults in the name of Jesus. he did it for Hannah, in 1st Samuel 1:6, the Bible tells us that Peninah provoked Hannah; she provoked her, insulted her, ‘barren woman; male pawpaw tree’, you know all sorts of things that we say; ‘you cannot have even just one child’, and Hannah felt like no woman. The Bible tells us this went on so long that in verse 10 she was full of sorrows and poured her heart to the Lord almighty.
You have come to church with a heavy heart this morning, God answered Hannah and she sang a new song. In 1st Samuel 2:1&2, Hannah began to sing her song ‘there is none holy as the Lord; there is none beside thee; neither is there any rock like our God; there is none holy as the Lord’.
Every insult that is upon your life, the Lord almighty will cancel them in the mighty name of Jesus. He will take away your shame in the name of Jesus; He will wipe away your sorrowful tears and you will sing your new song in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also see in the Bible that when God intervenes in the battle of people in such a way that they don’t even have to fight in that battle, when the battle is over or even in the midst of the battle, all they do is just sing their new song.
In 2nd Chronicles 20, the Bible tells us that three nations came against Jehoshaphat and Judah; three nations, family members (as we demonstrated in the morning) they came; he said what have I done? They said nothing, we just want to finish you; he was afraid, he went to God and God led them what to do. And in doing what God asked them to do, God gave them victory over their enemies.
We learnt a few lessons from that passage; the first lesson from that passage is that the members of a man’s house are his enemies, because those people that came, who were they? The Ammonites, the Moabites. The Ammonites and Moabites all came from Lot, who was Abraham’s nephew, Genesis 19:38&39. Then the people of mount Seir, who were they? They were all from Esau who is also called Edom, they are from the Edomites. Who is Esau? The twin brother of Jacob. Praise God!
And who is Jacob? Jacob is the progenitor and forefather of Jehoshaphat, so it’s a family fight. The people of a man’s house are his enemies but the Lord will make you victorious in the mighty name of Jesus.
Another thing we see from that is that; that you are a child of God does not mean there will be no battle. That Jehoshaphat was on the side of God doesn’t mean that people didn’t come to attack him but the beauty of it is that the Bible says many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord God delivereth them from it all.
Whatever battle you are going through, so long you are on the Lord’s side, relax. Tell your neighbor, relax, because victory is assured in the mighty name of Jesus, Psalm 34:19.
Then another thing is that when we are faced with battles, you don’t run helter-skelter, just go to the One who can deliver, who is the Lord God almighty. Jehoshaphat went to God and God delivered him and how did God deliver him? Praise and worship. Brethren, worship is a weapon; use it well as a weapon of warfare and God will come and take over your battle.
So, God delivered them, they sang, not only did they sing, God blessed them through that battle; the enemy came with all sorts of gifts, after they died, the gifts were there, it took four days for Jehoshaphat and his people to pack the spoils to their nation. God blessed them through a battle.
So it is not every battle that is a battle indeed, some are blessings in disguise; so when these things come, just go to God and He will tell you ‘chill, I’m working something out for you’. God is working something out for you in the mighty name of Jesus.
Another situation or circumstance where we see that people sing a new song when God moved is in healing of sicknesses and diseases, particularly the ones – there is a way we categorize some of them these days; we’d say one is incurable, this one is curable; this one is this, this one is that; whatsoever it is before God, it’s a piece of cake. Praise the living Jesus!
The account in Mark 5:25-34, we know the story too well of this woman that had an issue of blood for twelve years; (according to the Bible) she had gone to different doctors and hospitals, the best that money could afford, so much that she had spent all her money but she didn’t get healing. So one day she went to Jesus; she touched the hem of the garment of Jesus by faith and she was made whole instantly. Jesus healed her. Praise the living Jesus!
We also see another case where Jesus healed a man that was born blind in John 9. He was born blind, everybody was making a mockery of him until one day they saw him and the eyes were wide open; they said it’s him; it is not him, in the process of argument he said it is me, the only thing I can say to you in John 9:25 is ‘once I was blind but now I see; blessed is the name of the Lord’.
Anyone here that is going about with one sickness or the other; one disease or the other; the doctors are limited in what they know and see but God sees more, the same God will heal you in the name of Jesus; not only will He heal you, He will put a new song in your mouth in the mighty name of Jesus.
There are many more cases; there are cases of restoration; there are cases of blessings; there are cases of recovery when people will sing new songs but more importantly is that what do we need to do to be able to attract the divine action that would activate the new song?
We are going to learn from David this morning in Psalm 40; so we’ll go back to that Psalm 40, let’s start from verse 1, let’s try and see the things that David taught us about how he was able to sing his new song. Psalm 40:1, the first thing I see there says. “ I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me; and heard my cry”; the Lord will hear you, He will give you answers but what did David do? He waited patiently.
The first thing we need to do brethren in the midst of all of it, wait patiently on the Lord. What does it mean? To wait patiently on the Lord means to seek the face of God for direction when all appears to be in commotion or when there is confusion; just seek the face of God and ask God which is the way; God, what are you saying? God, what must I do? Praise the living Jesus!
Sometimes when you are waiting on the Lord brethren, if it appears to be delaying, unbelief comes in; sometimes you begin to wonder, can God do it? Will He do it? Has He ever done it before? James tells us in chapter 1:5-7 that we must have faith in God and that our faith should not waver because anyone who wavers, anyone who doubts ‘can God do it? Can He not do it?’ is like the wind that is tossing people up and down and such a person cannot receive anything from God. Don’t doubt, just wait patiently. In your waiting time, don’t let the devil give you any reason to doubt God, just wait patiently on the Lord and He will hear in the mighty name of Jesus.
The second thing David did, Psalm 40:4; the Bible says “Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust; and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies”. Make God your trust.
The second thing we must do is to make God your trust. There is a tendency to doubt God in the waiting time like I said, but we must learn to trust God. When you say how do I trust God? I’ve not seen God, I don’t know anything about God; the word of God represents God; trust God’s word and you will be trusting God.
Proverbs 3:5-7, the Bible says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path”. The keyword there is to trust the Lord.
Brethren, I will share with us a few words of God that we can hold on to while we are waiting patiently to enhance our trust in Him. Numbers 23:19, the Bible says “God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man that he should repent;” if He had told you that He will do it, He will surely do it.
Hebrews 6:18, the Bible says that “By two immutable things in which it was impossible for God to lie”, is it possible for God to lie? He cannot even attempt to say I want to lie, it’s impossible for God to lie. Praise the living Jesus!
2nd Peter 3:9, the Bible says “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise as some men count slackness”. You know some people would say God, I’m watching the time; it is already March 12, 2023 and You have not done it; people are telling me about a sharp-sharp corner somewhere, I will go there o; brethren, there is no sharp-sharp anywhere, if there is anything that God has not done, it’s not that God cannot do it, it is that it is not time yet, praise the Lord! Let us trust God, don’t let anyone lead you into a sharp corner because they will lead you to a sharp end actually.
Let us trust the Lord almighty because Jeremiah 1:12 says, God watches over His word to perform it; once His word has gone out concerning you, like He says your tomorrow is alright, He will watch over it, He will make sure it happens. Praise the living Jesus!
What else did David do? Number 3, Psalms 40:5; “Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to usward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered”.
And the lion came, he wanted to take one of the sheep and I said no way, I tore the lion apart. A bear also came, the same thing; I took the sheep out of him and tore the bear; the God that did this, that took care of the lion and the bear is also able to take care of this Philistine. What David was saying is God has done it before, He will do it again.
So brethren, has God ever done anything for you before? Have you ever been in a difficult situation and God answered you? Have you ever needed help desperately and help came for you? Have you found yourself in a fix where you must pay for something now and suddenly it came? If God had done it before, while you are waiting, trust Him; testify of His goodness knowing that He will do it again because He does not change position. Praise the living Jesus!
So David is saying testify of the goodness of God while you are waiting for your change to come. What else did David do? Psalms 40:6-8 says “Sacrifice and offering thou (referring to God) didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required. (Verse 7) Then said I, lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, (verse 8) I delight to do thy will, O my God; yea, thy law is within my heart”. ]
What David is saying to us is that do the will of God; wait patiently on God; trust Him; testify of His goodness; do the will of God. What is the will of God? In John 4, the disciples of Jesus Christ came to Him and said oga, you have not eaten, these people are troubling You, find something to eat or let’s go and find food for You; Jesus said, My meat is to do the will of My Father and what is the will of the Father? To obey Him; to do what He has asked us to do; to make Him proud and happy. Praise the living Jesus!
How do we know the will of the Father? By going to the book that the Father has given to us. Joshua 1:8 says this book of the law should not depart from out of your mouth, you must meditate on it day and night because in there lies your prosperity. In there you will see the answer to the issues of life; in there you will see My will concerning your life and you will be able to walk in line with My will.
Psalms 119:11; the Bible says “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee”. So he’s saying in order that I will do Your will, I need to hide Your word in my heart; so when you study the word, digest the word, keep it in you, live with it and run with it, and you will find yourself doing the will of God, hallelujah! And as you do the will of God, the Lord will rise up for you in the name of Jesus.
Number five, what did David do and say we should do? Psalms 40:9 says, “I have preached righteousness in the great congregation; lo, I have not refrained my lips, o Lord, thou knowest”. David admonishes us here to live in righteousness because you can’t preach what you don’t do; to live in righteousness. Why must we live in righteousness? God is righteousness personified.
Deuteronomy 32:4, the Bible says “God is the Rock, His work is perfect and all His ways are judgment. (He’s) a God of truth without iniquity, just and right He is”. God is righteousness personified, that’s why in Matthew 5:48, it says “Be thou perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect”; so He is saying live like Me, I’m your mirror; I’m your example; live in righteousness. Praise the living Jesus!
Hebrews 1:8&9, (I would just go to verse 9) it says, God loves righteousness and hateth iniquity. So brethren, whatever is the right thing to do according to the will of God, do it. some people will say if you cannot beat them, you join them; that is not the mantra God gives to us, especially if it’s the wrong thing they are doing, the mantra God has given to us is ‘live according to My dictate and if you do it at all times, then you’ll be a righteous man’.
The Bible tells us if out of ten laws you obey nine and fail in one, you have failed in all. God will give us grace to live in righteousness and do His will in the name of Jesus.
And finally, Psalms 40:16; “Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee”. So David is saying put all of these together nut you must seek God, what does it mean to seek God? Look for what God will do in every circumstance and do the same, and as you look for what God will do, look for what is right to do, how would God handle this? What does God expect me to do of this? As you do that, you are seeking God.
David says to us in Psalms 42:1 & 2, it says “As the hart panteth for the rivers of water, so my soul panteth after you”. So he’s saying in everything and at every time, all I want to do Lord is our will; all I want to do is to seek You; all I want to do is to mirror You in all that I do.
Brethren, as we go out from today into the world, in our respective workplaces and locations, let us seek God, let us demonstrate that we are children of the Most High God and indeed, in no time, you will sing your new song in the mighty name of Jesus.
Because songs are an integral part of our lives, if we do a roll call, if we go through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and you see the people who God gave the opportunity or privilege to sing new songs, you will find that these people are people who have cordial personal relationships with God, let’s take examples; Abraham, David, Moses, they all sang new songs but they were not strangers to God, they were people who were within the ambit of God’s instructions.
Then if you do the same thing on the other side, look at the people who ended up crying, look at people who if they were to sing, it would be songs of woes, look at Pharaoh, look at Herod, look at many of those who were destroyed in the Bible, you will find that they were people who turned their backs on God; they were people who didn’t know God or at the best, ask God, who are You? I’m enjoying my life here, don’t disturb me
So, this tells me brethren, that there is a relationship – parallel relationship, positive relationship between the relationship that you have with God and if you will sing a new song. So the people who are God’s sing new songs; the people who are against God sang songs of woes.
I believe everyone here today will sing a new song of God but if you are here and you do not have a relationship with God and you know it and you know that you will sing a new song, your story must change, you need to start from the beginning which is accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, surrender your life to Him and follow these instructions, in no time, you will begin to bask in the glory of God, you will compose your songs and sing your songs in the name of Jesus.
In addition to that, 1st Corinthians 15:19, the Bible says to us “If only here on earth we have hope, we are of all men most miserable”. What he’s saying is don’t ever think that singing songs ends here, even in heaven, we will continue to sing new songs.
Revelation 15:1-4, the Bible says there is a song Moses composed; we will sing it in heaven. How many of us would want to be part of that orchestra that will sing Moses song in heaven? Praise the living Jesus!
For those who are not already in a relationship with God, it may be difficult, practically impossible if you don’t surrender your life to Him; so we’ll give an opportunity this morning before we pray, you are here this morning, you want to sing a new song and you want to establish a cordial relationship with God, come and surrender your life to Him, give Him your life, let Him be the Savior of your life – personal Savior, just wave your hand, don’t look to anyone, wave those hands; you are there in the congregation, you want to start a new life, start a new relationship – a personal relationship with God that is cordial and lay the foundation unto your new beginning of singing a new song.
Brethren let’s begin to give thanks to God; let us thank Him for His faithfulness; let’s thank god for His mercy ; let us thank Him for His grace upon our lives; let us thank Him for the promise of a new song and we know that He’s not a liar, that He will do what He has said He will do; Father we thank You, we bless Your holy name, in Jesus marvelous name we have given thanks.
So we are going to pray and say Father, please promote me from the valley to the mountaintop; from the horrible pit and miry clay, set my feet upon the rock and establish my goings in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father please promote me oh Lord; set my feet upon the rock; establish my going in the name of Jesus. Thank You heavenly Father on Jesus mighty name we pray.
We are going to pray and say Father, please deliver me from everything that is holding me captive; deliver me from every form of bondage that is limiting me from fulfilling my purpose; Father please deliver me; deliver me from everything that is holding me captive in the name of Jesus. father please deliver me from every form of bondage in the name of Jesus; thank You Father in Jesus marvelous name we prayed.
Then we are going to pray again and say Father, please cancel every insult in my life; every insult, Father cancel it; every insults in my life, cancel it oh Lord; remove every shame in my life; wipe away oh Lord my sorrowful tears in the name of Jesus. Father please cancel every insults; every insult upon my life, please cancel it; remove every shame oh Lord; wipe away my sorrowful tears in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you Father in Jesus mighty name we prayed.
We will pray and say Father, Father, please arise, let my enemies scatter; give me victories without a fight; arise oh Lord, let all my enemies scatter. Every enemy from within; every enemy from without; every household enemy; arise for me oh Lord; grant me victory without a fight in the name of Jesus. Thank You Father in Jesus marvelous name we prayed. Thank You Lord.
We are going to pray and say Father, please heal me and restore health to me from every sickness and disease; heal me oh Lord; heal me oh Lord; heal my loved ones; heal us oh Lord; restore health unto us from every sickness and disease in the name of Jesus. Father please heal; Father please heal; Father please heal in the name of Jesus, Thank You Father, in Jesus mighty name we prayed.
We will pray for our families, we’ll pray for the nation; God is turning things around and we will sing a new song in the name of Jesus. So pray and say Father, please intervene in the affairs of my family and our nation; let us sing new songs, songs of victory, songs of restoration, songs of recovery, songs of promotion, in our families and in our nation. Father let us sing new songs oh Lord in the name of Jesus; let us sing new songs in our families, in our nation in the name of Jesus. In Jesus mighty name we prayed.
In the morning we prayed two other prayers, we will do that and round up but I will explain these set of prayers; there is something called a placeholder, when somebody say just wait here, when the right person comes, I will put him there so you’ll go. In the Book of Esther, we found that Vashti was the queen; she was only a placeholder; when the rightful owner came, Esther, she had to leave.
So we are going to pray now this morning, every placeholder that is taking your position in glory, that the Lord almighty will take them away and position you where you belong rightfully in the mighty name of Jesus. Every placeholder that is taking my position in glory, Father Lord take them out and place me where I belong oh Lord in the name of Jesus. Every placeholder, Father take them out; place me where I belong in glory in the mighty name of Jesus. In Jesus mighty name we prayed.
Brethren you see sometimes, the placeholder gets used to what is not his or hers and they want to fight the original owner; sometimes they want to kill the original owner; they run after the person’s life. King Saul was only a placeholder on the throne in Israel, when David came, the rightful owner, Saul had to give way but Saul resisted. Fourteen times, he sought to kill David but God denied him; every placeholder that is seeking your soul, the Lord almighty will disappoint them in the mighty name of Jesus.
So we are going to pray and say Father, every placeholder that is seeking my soul, seeking to kill me to perpetrate their stay, Father arise for me; arise for me oh Lord; arise for me oh Lord; deliver me from them; take me to where You have purposed for me ; take me to where You have planned for me in the name of Jesus. Thank You heavenly Father in Jesus marvelous name we have prayed.
I want to welcome you to your season of a new song because God has answered you, so you are going to demonstrate it in 30 seconds just sing your song, compose your song and sing your song brethren; sing your song to the Lord; sing your new song to the Lord brethren.
