Can we just celebrate the grace of God that is available here this morning, lift your hands and clap your hands and appreciate the God who releases grace.
I just heard a very important thing dropped on my heart as I sat there that this morning service is going to be a service of impartation; so two things that we are going to have somebody imparted afresh with grace. I’m just going to speak that for a few minutes.

Thank Lou, Lord; King of glory, we honor You, no one here came to meet any pastor, Your children came to meet with You, what You decided to drop this morning, let no one miss it in Jesus’ name. Just glorify Your name, whatever You will do that will give You maximum glory, just do it now, let our joy overflow, let everyone say, thank God, I came to God’s presence today. Blessed be Your name. Just lift your hands and just wave it unto Him. Thank You, Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!
Just something before I share the word, this was worth so impartation of grace. I won’t say much, I love talking about grace, for some is some cliche, but to me I’ve known that you cannot become anything in life except grace, and the more grace you carry, the more you are. Grace gives your life speed; others have gone before you, grace will cause you to overtake them, grace will pick you from being a nonentity and position you where people will be wondering, how did it happen?
I’ve experienced grace; I felt strongly this morning, God wants to release grace upon somebody, so you are going to lift your hands like you want to receive grace this morning, it’s from above, He gives grace and glory. Father, this morning, as You dropped in my spirit, You are the God of all grace, oh, the grace that will make these ones note that prior to 144 days in this year they were this, but before it got to 365 they had been lifted, let that grace come now in the name of Jesus. The grace that they require, Daddy, You know the dimensions, let it come like a rain this morning. Receive grace, receive grace, receive grace in the name of Jesus. Thank You, Daddy. Just appreciate the Lord. God bless you.
It’s always a great joy, and today is an exceptional joy to be in Christ the Lord’s right here in the heart of Lekki, can we celebrate God? And since you are already rising, you know my very good friend, the dollar himself, my assistant with the very special oriaku, the one who eats his money, can we celebrate them this morning? You know I do this everywhere I go and it’s not for the sake of it, it is the man you celebrate that God will use to bless you, and I say, even though I love people to be in the church, but I say, look, if you are in a church and you don’t like the pastor, don’t remain there, because you’ll just be wasting your time, and you’ll be blocked. Just celebrate our minister, celebrate yourselves. God bless you,
So I bring you very, very warm greetings, first from my wife, who ordinarily would have been here with me because it’s been quite a while, but because they have a Sisters Conference she couldn’t come with me, and I really needed to be here because it’s been a while and I owe you a lot, and first I give my apologies because there are critical meetings I was supposed to be here and I couldn’t get here.
So, good morning! You have already got one impartation, so for the next few minutes, you know this is our month, we are in a season of harvest, and over the month you’ve been talking in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, is a time where God is reminding us that yes, we have gotten some harvest but we need to go into greater harvest, and you’ve received all you need to do; we thank God for the harvest you’ve been part of, but this morning God wants to release the power, the power that will produce that greater harvest, that is the second impartation somebody is going to receive this morning.
Yes, you desire to be part of this greater harvest, because the Bible tells us that in Matthew 9:36 & 37, the Bible tels us that when Jesus saw the multitudes, that He was moved with compassion because they fainted. All around us are people who are fainting, and people are scattered, in our various homes, neighborhoods, and they are moving around reckessl like sheep without shepherd.
And Jesus’ response to His disciples when He says listen, the harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers are few and He said we ought to pray that the Lord of the harvest will send forth laborers into the harvest.
Brethren, we thank God for what God has done and I thank God for all the people who are part of this great endtime harvest with you and through you, but this same month, God is telling us that we cannot rest on our own, and all manners of messages have been coming to us to activate us, to sensitize us, to bring us into a new dimension of awareness.
God’s cry is that there is need for greater harvest, that every harvest should produce more harvest, and that all hands must be on deck. I ask you, are you ready to be part of this greater harvest? I came asking you by the leading of the Holy Spirit, are you, have you settled in your heart as the month is already setting through, this month of emphasy, are you ready to be part of this great harvest? The Lord will strengthen you.
But you need to know, one of the challenges is that za greater harvest is not a product of effort only, a great harvest is actually a product of power, that’s why the next scripture you will read in Acts 1: 8, Jesus understood that He was sending His disciples into a harvest that was to start off from their immediate vicinity in Jerusalem to Judea, move on to Samaria, and He told them, Acts 1: 8, He says you shall receive power , it is only after you have received power that you can become my active witnesses.
And I need to say here very quickly that so many people have become frustrated because effort without power produces frustration. Many have gone into more programs because they desire to have harvest, more announcements, all manner of stuff, more activities, but it ends a lot in personal frustration, you will desire.
This morning, God wants you to know, and I believe in this service He’s going to release that power in Jesus name.
What happens then in Acts 2 that as they were waiting, and I believe somebody here is available, waiting, suddenly the wind blew, suddenly there was a noise from heaven, suddenly fire came and these ordinary fearful frustrated men received power. Somebody will receive power this morning.
We are going to pray down on power this morning, the reason I am here is for all of us to receive power today. I had believed that God who sent the Holy Spirit this morning as we ask Him will send the Holy Spirit. You know one scripture I always liked, Luke 13: 11 – 13, it talks about if you ask God for bread He will not give you stone, if you ask Him for fish He will not give you serpent, if you ask Him for egg He won’t give you scorpion, then verse 13 says, if you who are evil can give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give you the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.
This morning, I know you might have been asking for the empowerment before, I came to assure you, God is desirous, and the Holy Spirit, what is He going to do in helping you to get greater harvest?
Number one, He’s going to give you boldness. You know you come out, you want to share the gospel on the plane with business guys sitting up to you and suddenly you freeze, you will receive boldness in the name of Jesus. Because the Bible says in Acts 4: 31, when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
How many people need this boldness? You’ve been there, I’ve been there, whereby you’ve really made up your mind, I’m going to share the gospel today, but somehow you find that you suddenly freeze, you lack courage. I say this morning, the power is coming down and He will give you boldness in the name of Jesus.
The second thing that the power does is that this power carries conviction. You see many times we preach, it is not the sweetness of the words that we speak or how loaded it is that brings conviction, it is this power. The Bible says that when Peter preached, that morning in Acts 2: 37, it says when they heard this, they were pricked in their hearts, and do you know when a man gets pricked in the heart, it says men and brethren, what shall we do?
After the power you’ll receive this morning, as you just tell somebody, look, the little thing, you don’t even know what you preached, they will be pricked in the heart, there will be conviction unto repentance, unto salvation in the name of Jesus.
What does this same power do? Brings miracles, nothing convinces people than miracles; part of your witness is not so much words, that man you wanted to lead to Christ, suddenly you know there is a little problem thay are having, you suddenly came and there is a child that is sick, or there is a particuar situation he tells you and say well, let me pray with you in the name of Jesus, if that situation gets dealt with, that person there is no argument, you can’t argue with miracle. So your witness is going to carry miraculous power in the name of Jesus.
That’s what happens to an ordinary person like us, Philip, he went to a city and he preached the word of God, Acts 8, and suddenly the Bible says that there were all manners of miracles and then people began to surrender to Jesus and the whole city was filled with joy. Somebody is receiving power today, you will say the little thing and God will back it miracles in the name of Jesus.
Brethren, I want to quickly say that that power is the power that helps retention. You know, many times we say we’ve gotten the peiople, they came there but they keep disppearing, and so you cannot talk of a good or greater harvest if there is coming in and a lot of going out, and so many of us, our churches, pastors, many of us who have agreed to be part of this great harvest, we afre doing everything, they are coming but they are not staying.
Brethren, I want to tell you, in Acts 2: 42, suddenly there was retention, they continued steadfastly; all the people that you bring, you invite, they get saved, by the reason of the power that is being released this morning, they shall stay in the name of Jesus.
I want to try to tie this up before we pray this morning, because there are many things, this morning we are going to pray for the power of the Holy Ghost to come down , we shall receive power this morning, but is not a one-off thing, we need to have some things we need to do so that we can step into greater power, one of them is fasting.
As you receive this power, you need to continue from time to time if you want tomhave greater harvest to fast. Jesus spoke in Matthew 17: 21, He says there are some matters that can only come through fasting; cooperately as a church, once in a while we need to add fasting, fasting for these souls, as persons so that your witness will produce greater harvest.
Number two, you need to be yielded to the Holy Spirit. Many times when the Holy Spirit tells us to do something, we need to do even if it doesn’t make sense, praise the name of the Lord! Because He will begin to give you direction; you want to go out today you say Holy Spirit, please direct me to the persons because I want to be part of thisd great harvest, He will say something to ou, He might tell you go to this location, you need to do.
That was the situation in Acts 13: 2, they said as they were worshipping, the Holy Spirit said, may the Holy Spirit begin to speak to you, and I pray you will yield in the name of Jesus.
Of course, our prayers have to be more fervent; the Bible says in James 5: 16, it says the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous, there is casual prayer and there is fervent prayer. I pray God will help us to become more fervent in our prayer in the name of Jesus.
And finally, you need to have what is called continual in-filling. Praise God. Listen, you need to appreciate, if you take a bucket and you fill it with water, out of either usage or even common atmospheric this thing, it will be reducing, that’s why the Bible says be filled with the Holy Spirit, is a continual filling. Lord, fill me afresh this morning, add new filling, so that it’s not just the word of – at the time of Pentecost, they had a baptism, like in service this morning, it’s going to rain power right now, but as you receive this power and you begin to keep using this power, please know that every day, every time you fail, ask the Lord fill me afresh.
Brethren, how many people want to receive power? Are you ready? We are going to receive power this morning, you are going to be praying for powe, He desires to release His power but I want to beg you this morning before the power, let me tell you, there are people here this morning, the only reason God brought you into church this morning is that He wants to save you from sin, He wants to make you a child of God who can then be enlisted to be part of this greater harvest, and every single day like this is an opportunity, if you miss it, you never know if it will ever come again.
So, before I pray and we’ll all pray, because God is already here, He is going to release His power here this morning, that’s the second dimension of the impartation I said, if you are here and as I’m preaching, you are saying, ‘Pastor, I want to join this army, I want to be a child of God, I have been struggling for so long but today is my day, people even think I’m okay but I’m not okay, I struggle with sin, I rise today I fall today’, you are the first person I want in one minute. If you lift your hands where you are, I will pray for you first.

Lifting two hands is a mark of surrender, if you didn’t come here by force, God brought you and you know you came, lift your two hands above your head and say, Lord Jesus, I surrender to You this morning, I am a sinner, I cry for mercy, have mercy on me, forgive me my sins, make me a new person. Today as I stand before this altar, I declare that Jesus is the Son of God, I believe in Him, I invite You, Jesus, into my heart, come and be my Lord and be my Savior, guide me the rest of my life till I make it to heaven. Thank You, Lord Jesus, by Your word, I’m a new person, I am now a child of God, old things are passed away, all things have become new, I’m on my way to heaven now. Thank You, Jesus. Just lift your hands and just wave to Him.
I pray for you this morning, Lord, do the perfect work in the lives of these Your children, let their change be total, let their conversion be real that together we will make it to heaven. Thank You, Lord, blessed be the name of the Lord.
We are going to all pray that the power of God will fill me. Lift up your two hands [Music]
Lift up your voice and say Father, release the Holy Ghost like on the day of Pentecost, baptize me now with Your power, with the fire, of the Holy Ghost. Say Lord, I want to receive Your power this morning, I want to receive Your power in a new dimension, baptize me afresh with the Holy Ghost, with the fire, the power I need for the greater harvest. In Jesus matchless name we prayed.
Lift your two hands to the Lord, Spirit of the living God like a mighty rushing wind, blow over this congregation now; from the right hand side, let the wind blow, let everyone receive power afresh in the name of Jesus. Let us step out of this room brand new people, empowered, emboldened, agents of signs and wonders, helpers in the harvest, joyful, because God will use us in the name of Jesus.
I pra for Christ the Lord’s Parish, today, let the presence of God enhance your harvest, let this altar, wherever the word comes from, let it carry conviction, let there be retention, and above al, everyone saying amen now, whatever it will take, you will make it to heaven. So shall it be in the name of the Father, in the name of the Son, in the name of the Holy Ghost.
